    i think all the companie have good options but i will sugest you to choose the shoes which fit to ur feets and doen't bit you from inside because in long running its a big problem

    sporter is must to wear for mans because it prvent you from a lot of problems and without thses you may got problem in your penis or balls which may go serious too. so please dont underastimate this point although you can wear a tight undergarment also but this is required.
