  2. hello ebvery body in this blog i have a very good question about marathon and i am confuse too about this that if i go for a slow run in marathon then it will reduse my fat or i will gain fat through slow running because i am going for a slow run of 5-7 miles a day and i am feeling that my weight is still constant

  3. I am a runner and doing practise from last 1 years and still feel that there is some problem in performas as i can only run at 5kmps abfter doing 2hr. daily 5 daysa weak practise including cardio , zym etc. Is their any problem in my diet plan ...
