drink coffee before running

Coffee contains caffeine which provides energy to you but i will not suggest you take coffee before running because when you run you blood get in higher pressure and coffee will just increases this process this may lead you to increase you stamina but this will not long for a long so it will not be suggestible point in long running but for short running it may be helpful
